Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StudioRam ("the Service"), operated by WandernGeo Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StudioRam is an AI-powered animation production platform that enables users to create character-consistent animated video content through an orchestration pipeline. The Service includes character generation, video rendering, voice integration, scene assembly, and related tools.

3. Beta Access

3.1 Beta Program

During the beta period, access to StudioRam is provided on an invitation-only basis. Beta access may be revoked at any time and does not guarantee future access or pricing.

3.2 Beta Limitations

  • All beta output is watermarked with "StudioRam Beta."
  • Beta output may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • The Service is provided "as-is" during beta. Uptime, quality, and feature availability are not guaranteed.
  • Usage limits apply. Exceeding limits may result in account suspension.
  • We may reset, modify, or delete beta accounts and content at any time.

3.3 Feedback

By participating in the beta, you agree that any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide may be used by StudioRam without obligation or compensation.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts or creating duplicate accounts is prohibited.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window for new subscriptions. After 14 days, or if you have consumed more than 50% of your monthly allocation, refunds are at our discretion.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds for partial months.

6. Content Ownership & Usage

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of your character specifications, prompts, and creative inputs. Generated output (images, video, audio) produced through the Service is owned by you, subject to the following conditions:

  • Free & Beta tier: Output is for personal, non-commercial use only. Watermarked.
  • Creator tier and above: Full commercial rights to your generated output.

6.2 Our Usage Rights

We may use anonymized, aggregate data about platform usage to improve the Service. We will not use your specific characters or creative content in marketing without your explicit written consent.

6.3 Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate:

  • Content that depicts real individuals without their consent.
  • Content that is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes hatred or discrimination.
  • Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property.
  • Content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead (deepfakes for deception).

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the pipeline logic, prompt engineering, or orchestration methods used by StudioRam.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or bulk-extract generated content.
  • Resell access to the Service or share API keys with unauthorized parties.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, watermarks, or access controls.
  • Use the Service to compete with StudioRam or build a substantially similar product.

8. Watermarks

Output generated on the Free and Beta tiers includes a visible StudioRam watermark. Removing, obscuring, or cropping out watermarks is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Paid tiers (Creator and above) produce watermark-free output.

9. Intellectual Property

The StudioRam platform, including its pipeline architecture, prompt engineering methods, Spec-as-Source engine, corrective regeneration systems, and all associated software, constitutes proprietary trade secrets and intellectual property of WandernGeo Ltd. These are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDIORAM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be free from errors, visually consistent in all cases, or suitable for any particular purpose.

AI-generated output quality depends on many factors including model availability, prompt specificity, and third-party service reliability (Google Cloud, ElevenLabs).

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, abuse of the platform, or for any reason during the beta period. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your content before deletion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WandernGeo Ltd. is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
