Payment Information: Billing address and payment details. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe — we never store your full card number.

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, generation counts, processing times, and session duration.

5. Your Content

You own your creative output. Character specifications, prompts, and generated content that you create through StudioRam belong to you, subject to the terms of your subscription plan.

Beta outputs are watermarked with "StudioRam Beta" and may not be used for commercial purposes during the beta period.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated content is retained for 90 days after generation, after which it may be deleted. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing contact@studioram.app.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
